ANSAB celebrates World Veterinary Day
ANSAB celebrates World Veterinary Day themed “Continuing Education with a One Health focus” organized by District Livestock Service Office, Banke on 30 April, 2016 with joint effort from all organizations working on Zoonoses and One Health including One Health Asia Programme, implemented in Nepal by ANSAB in partnership with Relief International and financial assistance from the European Union. This event was a part of the world veterinary day celebration organized by the World Veterinary Association and the World Organization for Animal Health. The rally was organized throughout the major parts of Nepalgunj with slogan banners and play cards containing messages on Zoonoses and One Health. The event was participated by the OHAP staffs, OHAP trained CHWs and SHC members along with the active participation from the DLSO members and other concerned government/non-government bodies and personnel working on Zoonoses and one health.
