ANSAB becomes 2nd in the Most Innovative Development Project (MIDP) Award

ANSAB’s “Biodiversity Conservation through a Community-Based Enterprise” approach was selected as the second best among the 180 proposals submitted from around the world at the Most Innovative Development Project (MIDP) Awards 2008 organized by the Global Development Network (GDN). The Award is granted to the institutions whose projects embody a fresh approach to an important development need and holds great promise for benefiting the poor in the developing and transition countries. After a final evaluation by an eminent panel of judges, ANSAB received the Award during GDN’s 10th Annual Conference held in Kuwait on February 3-5, 2009. ANSAB is the first Nepali organization to be a finalist at Most Innovative Development Project Award so far.
